1. Sign into your Online Banking and select “E-Transfer”
2. Add us as an Interac E-Transfer Recipient: The name & email address used to add us as a recipient can be found on your invoice.
3. Please make your Security Question and Answer match the information provided on your invoice.

We currently accept Interac E-Transfer and Bitcoin for payment methods!

All products are final sale, there are no returns.


All orders placed prior to our cutoff (10:30am ADT Monday-Friday) will be shipped same-day. All other orders will be shipped on the next business day.

To guarantee the safe arrival of your order, all packages are shipped with the “Signature Required” option. You can request to waive this option in the notes section of your order.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post XpressPost which take anywhere from 1-3 business days to arrive anywhere in Canada.

All orders $150+ are eligible for free shipping. Orders less than $150 are charged a $20 flat rate shipping fee.

Be assured that all packages are fully covered by our package insurance. Should an order go missing while in transit, we will always ship a full replacement! Please note if your package is marked as delivered, we cannot offer a replacement!

Absolutely. All of our boxes are plain and unlabeled with no indication of the contents! We take your privacy seriously!
